Goa Airport Taxi Fares 2026: Mopa (GOX) and Dabolim (GOI)

The table above is live. It comes straight from our booking system, so the fare it shows for an area and a car is the fare the booking page charges today. Every fare is for the whole car, one way, and you pay it in full online when you book.

Below, we explain how to read the table, which airport suits your stay, which car to pick and what the fare does and doesn't cover.

How do I read the fare table?

There's one table for each airport, Dabolim (GOI) first and Mopa (GOX) second. Each row is an area we drive to, with its distance and a typical drive time. Each column is a car, from the sedan up to the 26-seat Tempo Traveller, with its passenger count in the heading.

Find your area, run along to the car that fits your group, and that cell is your fare for the whole car. Tap it and the booking page opens with that airport, area and car already filled in. You add the date, time and flight, and the booking page confirms the fare for your date before you pay.

How much is a taxi from Goa airport in 2026?

It depends on three things: the airport you land at, the area you're staying in and the car you need. The table above shows every combination we price online today, with Dabolim (GOI) and Mopa (GOX) side by side.

We don't type fares into this guide. A number typed into an article goes out of date the day a rate changes, and then the guide and the booking page disagree. The table updates itself, so the guide and the booking page always agree.

These are the distances behind the table for the areas we price:

• Dabolim (GOI) to Panaji and Porvorim: about 30 km, about 40 minutes

• Dabolim (GOI) to North Goa, Calangute and Baga: about 43 km, about 57 minutes

• Mopa (GOX) to North Goa, Calangute and Baga: about 34 km, about 45 minutes

• Mopa (GOX) to Panaji and Porvorim: about 38 km, about 51 minutes

Treat drive times as planning figures. A busy evening around Calangute and Baga, the Christmas and New Year rush, or heavy rain in the monsoon can all add time.

Is the fare per person or per car?

Per car. The fare covers the car, the driver and everyone in it, up to its passenger count, so six people in an MPV share one fare.

Which Goa airport is closer to my hotel?

Start with the airport code on your ticket, because airlines fly into both and you can't swap on the day. Then look at where you're staying.

Mopa (GOX) is Manohar International Airport, in Pernem taluka in the far north of Goa. It opened for domestic flights on 5 January 2023. For Calangute and Baga it's the shorter drive: about 34 km against 43 km from Dabolim.

Dabolim (GOI) is Goa International Airport, near Vasco da Gama, run by the Airports Authority of India as a civil enclave in the Navy's INS Hansa base. It's about 30 km from Panaji, so for Panaji and Porvorim it's the closer airport. It's also the nearer one for South Goa.

Which car should I choose for an airport transfer?

Count people and bags together. Passenger numbers below don't include the driver:

• Sedan: 4 passengers and 3 bags, for example a Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze or Hyundai Aura

• SUV: 4 passengers, a Hyundai Creta

• MPV: 6 passengers, a Maruti Ertiga or Toyota Innova

• Premium MPV: 7 passengers, a Toyota Innova Crysta

• Winger: up to 12 passengers, a Tata Winger

• Tempo Traveller: up to 17, 20 or 26 passengers, a Force Traveller

What does the airport fare include?

In the fare:

• A private car and driver for your party only

• Fuel

• The driver allowance

• GST

Not in the fare:

• Tolls, parking and airport charges. Where a standard airport toll applies, it shows as its own line on the booking page before you pay. Other tolls and parking are charged after the trip at actual cost, and only when they apply.

If the trip runs past what you booked, extra kilometres, hours or waiting are charged at the rates shown before you pay. Nothing is worked out in the car.

How do I book and pay?

Tap a fare in the table, or start on the airport transfers page. Pick the airport, your area and the car, then add the date, time and flight number. You pay the full fare online to confirm.

Have these ready and it takes a couple of minutes:

• The airport code on your ticket, GOI or GOX

• Your flight number and scheduled landing time

• The hotel or villa name, or a map pin if it's down a small lane

• How many adults and children, and how many large and cabin bags

• A phone number you can be reached on by WhatsApp

Booking as soon as your flights are confirmed is sensible for Christmas, New Year and festival weekends, when Goa is at its busiest. If your flight changes after you've booked, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know so we can look at the pickup.

Can I book the return to the airport too?

Yes. The same areas work in both directions, so you can book your drop to Dabolim or Mopa on the booking page as a separate ride. If you'd like a day out in between, a car with a driver by the hour covers 8, 10 or 12 hours.
