Goa Beyond is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through goabeyond.com, official WhatsApp conversations, booking forms and payment links. This notice explains our practices under applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as brought into force and supplemented from time to time.

Data we collect

Contact and identity details such as name, phone number, email and passenger information you provide.

Trip details such as pickup, destination, dates, times, flight information, selected service, vehicle category, notes and booking history.

Payment and transaction references. Card and banking credentials are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Goa Beyond.

Support communications, consent and opt-out records, device and browser information, referral source, cookies and website analytics events.

Why we use it

To prepare quotes, confirm and operate bookings, assign transport capacity, send payment and trip updates, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve the booking experience and meet legal obligations.

We may send service messages needed for an active enquiry or booking. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time.

Who receives data

We share only the information reasonably needed with transport partners, payment providers, messaging and email providers, hosting and analytics providers, professional advisers and public authorities when legally required.

Service providers process data under their own security and privacy obligations. Some providers may process data outside India subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed for bookings, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, backups and operational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
