How it works
From your brief to a confirmed plan
- Share dates, guests and journeysOpen dates are welcome. Include flights, venues, luggage and any preferred car model.
- We check the scope and supplier availabilityFor third-party luxury cars we confirm the specific model and dates before a payable proposal. Any substitution needs your agreement.
- Review your proposal and payment termsYour proposal states vehicles, capacity, timing, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms. Pay in full or the advance and balance schedule it specifies.
- Private or shared
- Our proposed cars are private. Partner activities may be shared; the package or proposal states the activity arrangement.
- Cancellation and changes
- The proposal sets out the cancellation terms for each supplied service before payment. A changed date, itinerary or model must be checked again.
- Business invoices
- Share your business billing details for a GST invoice. Our team confirms the invoice arrangement for a group proposal.
