Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you request, confirm or use a Goa Beyond booking. By paying or accepting a booking confirmation, you agree to these terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Our service

Goa Beyond arranges private airport transfers, local and hourly cabs, sightseeing tours and outstation journeys through available transport capacity and service partners.

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation and complete the required payment. An enquiry, provisional quote or WhatsApp discussion is not a confirmed booking.

Quotes and payments

Quotes are based on the information you provide, including route, pickup, date, time, duration, passenger count and vehicle category. Changes may alter the price.

Taxes and inclusions are shown in the booking or quote. Tolls, parking, permits, interstate tax, waiting, night allowance, attraction entry, meals and activity tickets are included only when expressly stated.

Payments must be made through an official Goa Beyond payment method. Do not pay an unknown personal account without verifying it through +44 7418 351982.

Vehicle categories and assignment

You book a vehicle category, not a guaranteed make, model, colour, registration or driver. The assigned vehicle may be an equivalent or higher category depending on availability.

Passenger and luggage limits must be respected. Excess passengers, unsafe luggage or undisclosed special requirements may prevent service without a refund. Child seats and accessibility needs must be requested before payment and are subject to availability.

Pickup, waiting and route

You must provide accurate contact, pickup, destination, flight and timing information and remain reachable near pickup.

Traffic, weather, road closures, festivals, local restrictions and force majeure can affect timing and itinerary. Estimated travel times are not guarantees. The driver must follow safe and lawful routes.

Additional stops, waiting, route changes or use beyond the confirmed package may require an additional charge approved before the extra service is provided.

Tours and third-party activities

Tour itineraries are indicative and may change because of opening hours, weather, access, crowd control or supplier availability. Unless expressly included, attraction tickets, guides, meals, water sports, cruises, casino entry, safari jeeps and other third-party activities are payable separately.

Third-party activities are also subject to the operator's safety, age, health and cancellation rules. Goa Beyond remains responsible for the booking services it directly provides but does not control independent venue or activity operations.

Customer conduct and safety

Seat belts must be used where provided. Smoking, illegal substances, abusive behaviour, dangerous instructions and damage to the vehicle are prohibited. Service may be ended where safety, law or property is at risk.

You are responsible for personal belongings. Report lost property promptly; recovery cannot be guaranteed. Cleaning or damage caused by the travelling party may be charged at reasonable actual cost.

Cancellations, refunds and liability

Customer cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a 50% refund of the amount paid to Goa Beyond. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, on the travel date, after the scheduled pickup time or in case of a no-show are non-refundable. To the extent allowed by law, Goa Beyond is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed onward arrangements caused by events outside reasonable control, or third-party activity failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Goa will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer dispute rights.
