These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Goa Beyond website at https://goabeyond.com and the vehicle-hire services we provide. By requesting a quote, making a booking, or paying an advance, you agree to these Terms.

Goa Beyond is operated by Anura Enterprises, 3/46/k2 Unity Village,Near Industrial Estate,Karaswada, GSTIN 30DSIPM2791H1ZO ("Goa Beyond", "we", "us", "our").

1. What we offer

Goa Beyond provides private vehicle hire from and around Goa, including:

• Outstation trips (one-way and round-trip) to destinations such as Gokarna, Pune, Belgaum, Shirdi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Hubli, Hampi, Murudeshwar and Mahabaleshwar
• Local / hourly hire (disposal packages by hours and kilometres)
• Airport transfers to and from Dabolim (GOI) and Mopa (GOX)
• Sightseeing tours and day trips
• Self-drive vehicle rentals (no driver)

Every chauffeur-driven booking is private: the vehicle is exclusively yours for the trip. We are not a shared-seat, pooled-cab or taxi-meter service.

2. Fares and what's included

• All chauffeur-driven quotes are fixed and all-inclusive: fuel, applicable tolls, interstate/permit taxes, parking and the driver allowance are built into the quoted fare. The price we quote is the price you pay, provided the trip runs as booked.
• Quotes are valid until the date stated in your quote. After that, fares may be re-confirmed based on current rates and availability.
• Extras booked on the day or changes to the plan (additional stops, extra waiting hours, extra kilometres beyond a package, or a longer/changed route) are charged at the applicable add-on or overage rates and added to your fare.
• Self-drive rentals are charged per day and require a refundable security deposit, returned after the vehicle is returned undamaged, on time, and (unless agreed otherwise) with fuel at the level you received it. Fuel, tolls, fines and challans during a self-drive rental are the renter's responsibility.

3. GST

GST is charged at the applicable statutory rate on the service component of your fare. As of the date of these Terms, the default rate applied is 5%. GST is shown on your quote/invoice where applicable. Rates are set by the Government of India and may change.

4. Booking and payment

• To confirm a chauffeur-driven booking, you pay an advance of 25% of the total fare (minimum ₹1,000) through a secure Razorpay link, usually sent on WhatsApp. You may also choose to pay the full amount upfront.
• The balance is payable to the driver at pickup or before the trip ends: by UPI, card or cash, or via a balance payment link.
• A booking is confirmed only once the advance is received and we send you a confirmation (with a booking ID). Until then, vehicle availability is not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Free reschedule: you can reschedule your trip at no charge when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to availability.
• Cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the amount paid to Goa Beyond is refunded.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup, on the travel date, after the scheduled pickup time or in case of a no-show: the booking is non-refundable.

The same policy is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is the single source of truth for these terms. The 50% refund is calculated on the amount already paid, whether that is an advance or the full fare. Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take a few business days to reflect.

6. Driver and vehicle substitution

We run our own fleet first and add vehicles from vetted partner operators during peak demand, to the same standards. The specific vehicle make/model shown at booking (for example "Innova or similar", "Swift Dzire or similar") is indicative of the category, not a guarantee of an exact model. We may substitute a vehicle of the same category or higher, and may change the assigned driver, without reducing the service you booked.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup details, contact number and passenger count, and be ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Carry valid ID where required (especially for interstate travel and airport pickups).
• Not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle or carry prohibited, illegal or dangerous goods.
• Behave respectfully towards the driver; we operate a zero-tolerance policy on abuse, intoxication that endangers safety, or illegal activity in the vehicle, and may end a trip on these grounds.
• For self-drive rentals: hold a valid driving licence, be the named/approved driver, follow all traffic laws, and bear responsibility for fines, challans and any damage as per the rental agreement.

Excessive waiting beyond the agreed time, route changes, or delays caused by the customer may attract additional charges.

8. Liability

• We arrange and operate private vehicle hire with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays, losses or missed connections caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, third-party acts, or force majeure (Section 9).
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Tell us promptly if something is left behind and we will try to help recover it.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing a booking due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, monsoon-related road closures, landslides, strikes, civil unrest, accidents, government action, or restrictions on travel. Where a trip cannot run for such reasons, we will work with you to reschedule or to refund as fairly as the circumstances allow.

10. Intellectual property

The Goa Beyond name, logo, website content, text, photographs and design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your booking is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Goa, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
