Questions people ask

Is this a shared cab or a private vehicle?
Rides with a driver reserve a private vehicle for your group. A hotel or activity has the occupancy or group arrangement shown for that offer; it is private only when the description says so.
When do I pay?
Ordinary online service bookings are paid in full when you book. For an outstation or custom trip, our team prepares a quote or proposal first. That proposal may show full payment or an agreed fixed or percentage advance with a due date for the remaining balance. Read the price, payment schedule and confirmation requirements before paying. Nothing is paid to the driver for the booked fare.
What is included in the fare, and what is extra?
Fuel, the driver allowance and GST are in the fare, and on trips out of Goa the interstate permit fee is quoted as its own line. Airport transfers add one standard airport toll for the terminal, shown as its own line at checkout with no GST. Other tolls, parking and airport charges are not included: they are charged at actual cost, only when they apply, after the trip. Extra kilometres, extra hours or waiting beyond what you booked are charged at the rates shown before you pay. Anything extra comes on one payment link after the trip.
What if my plans change and I need to cancel or reschedule?
The cancellation terms shown before payment and kept on your booking confirmation apply. Current rules are listed on our Refunds and cancellations page. Activities, package components and stays can have different terms. Date or time changes depend on the applicable terms and availability; contact our team with your booking reference.
Which vehicles do you offer?
Eight sizes, counted in passengers: a sedan or an SUV (4 each), an MPV such as an Ertiga or Innova (6), a Premium MPV, the Innova Crysta (7), a Winger (up to 12) and Tempo Travellers with up to 17, 20 or 26 seats. Fares scale by size, and each one shows its seats and bag space before you book.
Can I book for someone else (parents, guests, clients)?
Yes. Share the traveller’s name and number at checkout and we send the driver’s details straight to them. You stay the booking contact, so changes and updates still come to you on WhatsApp.
