Where are you staying?

One flat fare per zone, the same in both directions. Pick the stretch of coast your hotel is on and the drive time is what you should plan the flight around.

Pick the car around the bags

A late flight with four suitcases is an SUV, not a sedan. The boot is usually what decides this, not the seats.

Is this a shared cab or a private vehicle?

Every Goa Beyond booking is a private vehicle exclusively for your group. No seat-sharing, no detours for strangers.

When do I pay?

For airport transfers, a car for the day and day tours you pay the fare online and the booking is confirmed straight away. For trips out of Goa and custom itineraries we price the trip first and send you a quote link, so nothing is charged before you have seen the final fare.

Are tolls, taxes and driver charges included in the quote?

Yes. Fuel, tolls, interstate taxes, parking and the driver allowance are all inside the quoted fare, and the summary itemises them before you pay. Nothing is added at the end of the trip.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel or reschedule?

Reschedule at no charge when requested at least 24 hours before pickup. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup, on the travel date or no-shows are non-refundable.

Which vehicles do you offer?

Sedan (Dzire/Amaze), SUV (Innova/Ertiga), Winger (9–12 seater) and Tempo Traveller (13–17 seater). Fares scale by category.

Can I book for someone else (parents, guests, clients)?

Yes. Share the traveller’s name and number at checkout and we send the driver’s details straight to them. You stay the booking contact, so changes and updates still come to you on WhatsApp.
